Primal Queen is a bold, fast-growing women’s wellness brand helping women balance hormones, boost energy, and reclaim their strength. We’re rewriting the rules of women’s health marketing with powerful messaging, rebellious creativity, and high-impact content.

We’re now hiring a Video Editor who’s part creative, part strategist—someone who lives for performance, understands the psychology of a scroll-stopper, and can translate raw ideas into high-converting video ads.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form, direct-response ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more

• Cut UGC, testimonials, b-roll, voiceovers, motion graphics, and on-screen copy into engaging, high-performing creatives

• Develop and test multiple ad concepts each week with speed and precision

• Work closely with founders and creative collaborators to experiment with hooks, headlines, formats, and visual pacing

• Stay plugged in to platform trends, meme culture, and winning ad formulas

• Track creative performance and use feedback/data to iterate and improve

• Organize and maintain a clean file system for quick updates, testing, and repurposing

• Repurpose winning content across paid and organic channels

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of video editing experience, ideally for eCommerce or DTC brands

• A strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video ads (especially for Meta or TikTok)

• Deep understanding of ad performance metrics: CTR, hook rate, watch time, etc.

• Confident working independently, but collaborative and open to feedback

• Fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality

• Bonus points for experience in the wellness, beauty, or fitness space

• Bonus points for AI-powered editing skills and content ideation
