Mars United℠ Commerce, a Publicis Groupe unit, is seeking a Manager, Ecommerce with 5–7 years in ecommerce marketing (Amazon/Instacart). The role requires CPG/ shopper marketing experience, strong PM skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects. Hybrid work from Detroit (Troy) or New York is available for local candidates.

You’ll lead strategy, manage programs, coordinate with vendors, and measure outcomes while leveraging retail media networks to grow client businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in marketing in ecommerce in Amazon or Instacart.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Experience working with retail media networks and media vendors.
• Strategic thinking in developing Shopper Marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the internal cross-functional team to develop strategies and tactics.
• Understand media capabilities from Search to Display.
• Manage the implementation of key client projects.
• Build strong relationships with retailer client contacts.
• Manage execution of programs through the team.
• Collaborate with external vendors/agencies to execute projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Measure post-promotion results using client data.
