We are looking for a hands-on eBay Seller / E-Commerce Store Assistant to help manage and grow an established online retail operation.

Actual eBay selling experience is required. We are looking for someone who has personally created, managed, and/or maintained eBay listings and understands how an eBay seller account operates.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, researching products, creating listings, managing inventory, and working independently.

The position is based in Ringgold, Georgia, but candidates may live in the surrounding Chattanooga, TN / North Georgia area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create new eBay product listings from start to finish
• Edit and improve existing eBay listings
• Write effective, SEO-friendly eBay titles
• Research products and identify accurate product information
• Research current eBay selling prices and competitive pricing
• Determine appropriate listing prices based on market research
• Edit, crop, resize, and prepare product photographs for eBay
• Manage and organize product inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Process customer orders
• Respond professionally to customer messages
• Handle customer questions and routine issues
• Process returns and related customer service
• Monitor listings for accuracy and completeness
• Help identify opportunities to improve listings and sales
• Perform general computer and e-commerce tasks as needed

Required Experience

eBay Seller Experience — REQUIRED
