The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Site Operations to lead the health and performance of the company’s ecommerce site within the Digital Experience team. You will partner with business, call center, and product vendors to translate customer issues into actionable IT and product requests.

This role requires 4+ years in ecommerce site administration and a strong mindset for end-to-end purchase flows, customer paths, and incident resolution. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Ecommerce site administration and/or operations experience.
• Understanding of business operational concepts and end-to-end purchase flow.
• Experience in a customer-focused ecommerce environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• 35% Build relationships with business product management, Vendors, VoC and IT teams to align online goals.
• 35% Act as Single Point of Contact for site issues and drive timely resolutions.
• 10% Communicate updates across business, IT and vendor teams.
• 20% Define and implement operational processes to improve customer satisfaction and revenue.
