Leslie’s Poolmart seeks an eCommerce Packing & Shipping Associate to support Valley Pool & Spa’s online order fulfillment. You will accurately pick inventory, securely pack products, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring efficient, organized operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read picking tickets, shipping labels, and product cartons accurately.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory using picking tickets.
• Pack orders in appropriately sized shipping envelopes or boxes and apply shipping labels.
• Palletize packages and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area.
• Monitor shipping supplies and notify the manager when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with processing returns and restocking merchandise.

Job overview:

The eCommerce Packing & Shipping Associate supports Valley Pool & Spa’s online order fulfillment by accurately picking inventory, securely packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. This role helps ensure orders are shipped efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• Ability to safely retrieve merchandise from varying heights using warehouse equipment, including rolling stairs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Steel-toed work boots or shoes required
