Job summary

Sysmind LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an Ecommerce Scrum Master with some Project Management experience to guide 1–2 cross‑functional teams. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, servant leadership, and aligning ecommerce initiatives with seasonal retail cycles.

You will facilitate all ceremonies, manage blockers, track progress in Jira or similar tools, and collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience in ecommerce.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer journeys.
• Experience with Agile tools: Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
