F. Schumacher & Co. is hiring a Product Manager to join the ecommerce product team. This is a newly created role: you'll join the team responsible for improving conversion all the way through add-to-cart, covering acquisition and discovery.

You’ll own the initiatives that drive incoming traffic to schumacher.com, as well as features that help designers evaluate and compare products, with the goal of improving add-to-cart rates across FSCO brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ecommerce site experience.
• Professional English proficiency for an international environment.
• Experience with analytics and data tools to build analyses.
• Experience in luxury or design is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead product management for ecommerce conversion and traffic initiatives.
• Write specs and PRDs and translate needs into user stories.
• Drive agile ceremonies with engineering and design.
• Design and run A/B tests and measure impact on traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate across brands and internal teams.
