Description

Position Specifics: Department: eCommerce
Reports to: eCommerce Manager
Purpose: Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, located in Moscow Mills, MO, is seeking a Part-time Picker/Packer for our fast-paced eCommerce division. This role requires high attention to detail and quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Hours are flexible to meet business needs, with weekends required. Typical hours are Monday - Friday.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Gather paperwork indicating items to be picked for orders.
2. Accurately match and pick products based on order sheets and pack them accordingly.
3. Secure each order safely and efficiently, stage for packing, and load into cages or trucks.
4. Investigate and troubleshoot issues with products, freight, packaging, or trucks, reporting outcomes to supervisors.
5. Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs while working on your feet throughout the shift.
6. Collaborate with teammates to improve picking efficiency.
7. Stay informed about product knowledge, including new offerings and changes.
8. Maintain punctuality and good attendance.

Qualifications

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintaining professionalism, and establishing rapport.
• Basic understanding of online selling processes.
• Experience with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
