Masterson Staffing in Missouri is seeking an Ecommerce Pick Pack Associate to accurately select, pack, and prepare online orders for shipping or curbside pickup. You will use handheld scanners and a WMS to locate items, verify descriptions and quantities, and secure them for safe transit.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to lift and move merchandise.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Pick and gather products for online customer orders using handheld scanners or order-picking systems.
• Go into WMS and allocate orders and print pick sheets for orders
• Verify product descriptions, item numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, damage, expiration dates, and proper condition.
• Pack all items with appropriate shipping materials and gel packs/dry ice to ensure product safety and temperature control while in shipment
• Will use UPS/FEDEX/USPS shipping accounts to ship product and label cases to arrive at correct destination at the customer's desired shipping timeframe
• Meet daily productivity and order accuracy goals.
• Organize picked merchandise for packing, shipping, or curbside pickup.
• Report out-of-stock items, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and established picking processes.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve order issues.
• Provide prompt and courteous service when assisting customers, as needed
• May be required to use forklift to unload and receive in customer's products
