Position Summary
The incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of new subscription initiatives. Reporting to the Subscription Head, this position will focus on ensuring seamless operational processes, managing orders and logistics, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in digital marketing, growth strategies and full-funnel optimization, with a solid experience in e-commerce.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (e.g., delivery times, order accuracy) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to align with business growth strategies.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into the new subscription offering and delivering a positive first experience.
- Provide timely and accurate support to resolve customer inquiries and escalations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or customer service within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operational tools (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software) and data analysis tools like Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience tracking operation metrics and performance, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to optimize operation KPIs.
- Highly collaborative team player who is passionate about business unit’s success and works well across the department.
- Possesses a high level of integrity and Ethics.
- Must be aligned to Samsung Core Values.
- Extensive experience with Singapore Enterprise and Government Account Management will be a plus.
