ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - Women's Apparel NYC - Temp to perm

We are looking for a women's apparel company to hire an E-commerce Operations Coordinator.

This candidate must have strong technical skills in eCommerce operations.

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or order management within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Hands-on experience with ApparelMagic, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
• Coordinate product samples for internal and external use.
• Maintain and manage product data across Shopify and integrated platforms.
• Set up and update style masters, UPC codes, and manage SKU creation.
• Enter and manage customer orders in ApparelMagic (ERP) and eCommerce portals.
• Generate invoices, pick tickets, and shipping documentation.
