Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is hiring an Associate Ecommerce Site Merchandising Manager to drive category performance on AshleyFurniture.com. You will shape onsite merchandising, product discovery and promotional readiness, leveraging analytics to optimize sales and profitability.

This role requires collaborating with Product, Content, Photography, Pricing and IT teams to ensure accurate content and launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital merchandising, category management, retail buying or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, marketing, mathematics, retailing or related field.
• Strong ecommerce knowledge including site search, taxonomy, navigation, product ranking, onsite promotions and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales, traffic, conversion and customer behavior data.
• Retail and commercial acumen with understanding of promotion performance and profitability.
• Proven project-management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Leadership and collaboration across diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support ecommerce performance metrics for assigned categories, identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Execute onsite merchandising, product ranking, landing pages and promotional experiences.
• Assist assortment planning by evaluating productivity, demand and gaps.
• Coordinate seasonal and always-on promotions including pricing dependencies.
• Use analytics tools like Power BI to translate insights into merchandising actions.
• Monitor onsite search, filters and navigation to improve product discovery.
• Coordinate with Product, Content, Photography and Pricing teams for launch readiness.
• Conduct site QA to identify content or pricing issues and coordinate fixes.
