About Cabana Life

Our ecommerce strategy sits at the core of customer engagement, and we’re seeking an entrepreneurial Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our digital business.

The Role

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role. You’ll drive online sales, manage a high-impact team (Marketing Associate, Customer Service Manager, Social Media Intern), and oversee external partners across paid media, email/SMS, affiliate, and direct mail. You’ll own the marketing calendar, champion UX and conversion improvements, and steer our digital roadmap to drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead ecommerce strategy and execution across all DTC channels
• Own marketing calendar development, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage agency performance across paid social/search, email/SMS, affiliate, and direct mail
• Analyze performance data (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR) to optimize channel strategy and spend
• Oversee Shopify site optimization, merchandising, UX/UI, and platform integrations
• Drive customer journey enhancements, loyalty programs, and return flows (Loop, Facebook)
• Ensure brand cohesion across customer service, design, and social media
• Maintain compliance with privacy and cybersecurity standards

What You Bring

• 7+ years of ecommerce experience (fashion or consumer brands preferred)
• Proven success driving DTC growth and leading cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, TripleWhale, Meta/Google Ads
• Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills
• Fluent in lifecycle marketing, performance media, and customer data strategy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
