Rifle Paper Co. is seeking an eCommerce Operations Coordinator to keep our online team organized and informed. You will report to the Director, Ecommerce and connect with cross‑functional partners to keep launches on track and information flowing.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and adept at building processes that improve efficiency as we continue to grow. This role offers flexible work locations, including Winter Park or New York offices, or remote options for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Analytics, eCommerce, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a coordinator, operations, project management, or administrative role.
Experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer products, or a brand environment is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
Interest in eCommerce operations and a desire to grow within a fast‑paced business environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project workflows and setup in Wrike.
Support project intake processes to clearly define and prioritize requests.
Monitor timelines and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
Facilitate weekly project reviews and maintain visibility into team priorities.
