SC Johnson Professional is seeking an entry‑level to early‑career Ecommerce Analyst to work with Amazon across the NA region from Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and agencies to deliver strong digital execution and customer results.

The role provides exposure to high‑growth ecommerce and opportunities for visibility and advancement in SCJ PRO’s digital commerce team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related commercial role.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the eCommerce channel strategy to drive sales, profitability and growth.
• Lead and support retail readiness and catalog clean-up with our ecommerce agency partner.
• Lead and support retail media strategy for Amazon.
• Manage day-to-day Amazon operations: assortment, content, pricing and promotions; main contact for AVS Amazon team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer marketing for other ecommerce distributors platforms.
• Analyze Amazon performance KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Support tentpole events plans, forecasts and promotional calendars.
• Prepare analyses for customer meetings, negotiations and joint business planning.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure product availability and campaign execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital shelf quality and online visibility.
• Onboard and develop new ecommerce customers and platforms.
