Job summary

ONER Group LLC, a multi-brand retail organization, seeks an Ecommerce Graphic Designer to craft promotional emails, banners, landing pages, and product visuals. You will help drive engagement and sales across digital channels from our Schaumburg, IL base.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, CRM, and Web teams in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple campaigns with strong time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience designing for ecommerce and Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Create ecommerce and email designs from approved briefs.
• Apply and maintain brand standards, templates, typography, color, imagery, product presentation, and production specs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, CRM, Web, and stakeholders to clarify campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files and conduct quality checks for product accuracy and details.
• Manage multiple promotional campaigns, revisions, deadlines, and source-file archives.
• Adapt creative across email, websites, landing pages, paid media, and other channels while preserving consistency.
• Support email-template design with email-safe HTML/CSS.
• Support Shopify merchandising and promotional content; familiarity with Shopify Liquid optional.
• Monitor ecommerce and design trends and propose practical improvements.

Job description

ONER Group LLC (LTD Commodities and The Lakeside Collection) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Ecommerce Graphic Designer to develop engaging, conversion-focused visual communications across our digital channels. In this role, you will create promotional email assets, graphic designs, landing pages, digital merchandising content, and campaign materials that bring our brand to life and help drive customer engagement and sales. This is an on-site position based in Schaumburg, IL.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, CRM, Web, and other business partners in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be highly independent and have a sharp attention to detail. He or she will also manage a diverse workload, be responsive and organized, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, the candidate will possess excellent time management and communication skills in addition to being self-motivated and willing to take the initiative.

What You’ll Do

• Create ecommerce and email designs from approved briefs, including promotional email assets, hero banners, product grids, landing pages, Shopify graphics, web content, and digital campaign materials.
• Apply and help maintain brand standards, templates, typography, color, imagery, product presentation, promotional hierarchy, and production specifications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, CRM, Web, and business stakeholders to clarify campaign objectives, product priorities, offers, and deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files and conduct quality checks for product accuracy, offer details, pricing, resolution, dimensions, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, links, and licensing.
• Manage multiple promotional campaigns, revisions, deadlines, and organized source-file archives within a fast-paced retail calendar.
• Adapt creative across email, websites, landing pages, paid media, and other customer-facing digital channels while preserving visual consistency and clear calls to action.
• Support email-template design and work with email-safe HTML/CSS, email service providers, and dynamic content when assigned.
• Support Shopify merchandising and promotional content. Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, Shopify’s templating language, is preferred.
• Monitor ecommerce, retail, email, and design trends and propose practical creative improvements that support customer engagement and conversion.

What You’ll Bring

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent portfolio.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or comparable design tools.
• Experience designing for ecommerce, email marketing, Shopify, promotional campaigns, landing pages, or digital merchandising.
• Familiarity with an email marketing platform or ESP, such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Iterable, Attentive, or similar platform.
• Familiarity with Shopify, responsive email design, HTML/CSS, and Shopify Liquid is preferred.
• Strong layout, typography, production, communication, and time-management skills.
