Job summary

H-E-B is seeking an Associate Team Leader as part of a structured 6-month program designed to prepare you to lead great people. You'll work to ensure efficient products flow and supply chain operations across Texas and Mexico, with exposure to multiple business areas and a plan to advance to Team Leader in manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or eCommerce fulfillment.

The program includes a dedicated trainer, professional development workshops, and networking with Supply Chain leaders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience in presentations is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops basic technical knowledge relating to partner relations and coaching.
• Gains thorough understanding of business operations.
• Monitors KPIs and takes action to meet goals.
• Identifies causes of equipment damage and improves equipment life.
• Ensures compliance with safety requirements.
• Works with Partners to align with daily business goals.
