Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate in Wisconsin to support our customer service mission and shipping operations. You will identify, weigh, move, package, label, and ship products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh and move products to the correct area for processing and shipping.
• Prepare shipping and processing station.
• Stack and restack pallets.
• Scan and label boxes for shipping.
• Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
• Process shipments with the carrier.
• Comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
