Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data sets to perform analysis and validation.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to gather feedback from associates and present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage testing activities, document results, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reliable transportation is required to support weekly visits to the assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Support dynamic batching initiative, transforming orders into optimized batches balancing efficiency and customer urgency.
• Conduct validation testing, gather associate feedback, and provide recommendations to enhance batching algorithms.
• Analyze data and present findings to improve overall performance and inform decisions.
