BVLGARI is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator in the United States (New York area) to ensure timely and accurate processing of ecommerce orders and returns. You will pack products, adhere to Omni-Channel guidelines, and collaborate with Customer Service on order status.

You will evaluate returns, process them within 48 hours, and replenish stock while generating key ecommerce reports. This role requires attention to detail and experience in WMS, Magento, SAP, and Excel.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), Magento, SAP, and Excel.
• Ability to follow Omni-Channel guidelines and maintain accuracy in packing and returns.

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator will ensure the timely, accurate, effective processing and handling of e-commerce orders and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all product packing


• Follow Omni-Channel guidelines in order to execute a flawless packaging


• Work with Customer Service on order status and requests


• Evaluate the overall quality of the product returns


• Process the returns within 48 hours from arrival


• Follow-up on product status and return the product to stock


• Create and distribute reports on specific e-commerce reporting metrics

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a warehousing role in an innovative small to medium environment


• Experience working with Warehouse Management System, Magento, SAP, and Excel
