Brobston Group in New York seeks an E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and returns across channels, coordinating picking, packing, and shipping with UPS to maintain customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Customer Service on order status requests, receive and evaluate returns within 48 hours, return products to stock, and create routine reports on ecommerce metrics using Warehouse Management System (WMS), Magento, SAP, and Excel.

Formación

• At least 2 years of warehousing experience in a small to medium environment.
• Experience with WMS, Magento, SAP, and Excel.

Position Summary

Requirements
