Job description

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Humm Kombucha! In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for processing online orders, preparing shipments for Amazon, and helping our team deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment but can also work independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Print and organize shipping labels for each order.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Verify all orders before shipping to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Load and unload packages onto and off of trucks; drive a box truck for inventory transport as needed.
  • Repackage, label, and palletize products specifically for Amazon.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including product and supply storage.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and inspect product for quality issues, following appropriate protocols.
  • Proactively address and escalate any safety or inventory concerns.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to differentiate similar packaging.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while proactively solving problems.
  • Effective communication and organization skills.
  • Prior warehouse experience with shipping/receiving is preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus; must be comfortable with warehouse equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record, able to operate box trucks.
