Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce and Digital Growth for NYC fashion. You will own ecommerce strategy, growth marketing, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, and CRM to drive revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value.

Lead teams, partner with product and creative, and obsess over data, testing, and customer experience to accelerate growth. Experience with Shopify or similar platforms and managing large digital marketing budgets is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive ecommerce, digital growth, and performance marketing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success scaling ecommerce revenue and profitability with measurable business results.
• Experience leading growth beyond day-to-day ecommerce operations, including strategic planning and organizational development.
• Deep expertise in Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms, paid media, CRM, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, and analytics.
• Experience managing substantial digital marketing budgets and agency relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce growth strategy and roadmap for profitable revenue, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchases.
• Drive digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, affiliate, influencer, CRM, and emerging channels; optimize ROAS and CAC.
• Own site experience and conversion optimization from discovery to checkout and post-purchase engagement.
• Lead digital merchandising, product launches, promotions, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Develop lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, loyalty, and personalization to boost retention.
• Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce and digital growth team, managing internal and external partners.
• Foster accountability, speed, experimentation, and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
