PAS Packaging, a data-driven B2B pharmacy packaging supplier, seeks an Ecommerce & Product Data Specialist in Plainfield, IL to build clean product data for Acumatica and improve data across the BigCommerce site. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Ecommerce & Systems and own catalog integrity.

role focuses on data quality, ERP rollout, SEO, and catalog updates. On-site, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, double-check work and catch errors early.
• Proficient with Excel: formulas, lookups, data cleanup.
• Self-starter who can take direction and work independently with check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Build clean, structured product data for Acumatica from fragmented sources.
• Audit and maintain product data across catalog, pricing, and SKUs.
• Support product uploads and catalog updates in BigCommerce.
• Improve search, category data quality (Hawksearch) and SEO data.
• Support UAT/testing for Acumatica-BigCommerce integration.
• Provide occasional IT support and onboarding/offboarding of accounts.
