What You’ll Own

• Audit and optimize landing pages, product pages, and funnels to maximize CVR & AOV
• Plan, launch, and interpret A/B & multivariate tests (Shopify + Meta + email)
• Translate data into clear UX/UI instructions, copy, and offer recommendations
• Partner with our creative strategists and media buyer to roll out winning iterations fast
• Build and maintain a robust CRO roadmap, tracking impact and ROI

Must-Haves

• 2+ yrs CRO experience in a high-growth eCommerce or DTC brand
• Hands-on with Shopify, GA4, Hotjar/FullStory, Google Optimize/VWO, Klaviyo, Meta ads data
• Obsessive interest in setting goals, tracking, organization, and achieving success
• Copywriting instincts and a knack for simple, conversion-focused design tweaks
• Bias for action—test, learn, scale, repeat

Nice-Haves

• Experience in health/fitness or consumer electronics
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or Liquid
