We’re building the best online experience in food-grade packaging—and that means making every click count. ePackageSupply.com is looking for a conversion-obsessed CRO & eCommerce Manager to lead optimization, merchandising, UX, and landing page strategy across our Shopify Plus storefront.
You’ll own the structure, performance, and user experience of the site—working cross-functionally with paid media, retention, and design to make sure every visitor gets what they came for (and then some). This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on turning traffic into revenue.
You will also play a critical role in our upcoming website redesign and revamp. We are migrating to Shopify Plus’s B2B native functionality and overhauling our entire site, so you would have an opportunity to shape the customer experience and UX as you see fit.
Location: Remote (US-based)
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/year + benefits

What You’ll OwnNavigation & UX: Streamline site structure, menus, and mobile experience. Use GA4 and Hotjar or Clarity to remove friction and serve both B2B and B2C visitors cleanly.
PDP Optimization: Standardize layout, add use-case visuals, improve trust elements, and A/B test CTAs and image placements.
Merchandising: Run a seasonal homepage and collection strategy that aligns with marketing campaigns and product trends.
A/B Testing: Launch and track 2-4 CRO tests per month across homepage, collections, and PDPs. Prioritize based on traffic and revenue impact.
Landing Pages: Build fast, modular landing pages via Shogun or Shopify 2.0. Support email, paid, and vertical-specific campaign needs.
Site Speed & Accessibility: Hit <2.5s average page load time. Optimize assets, defer scripts, and meet accessibility standards.
SEO & On-Page Hygiene: Maintain clean metadata, semantic HTML, crawlable structures, and strong internal linking.
Content SEO: Align keyword targets to categories, optimize blog content monthly, and build long-tail topical authority.
Website Performance Reporting : Provide weekly read-outs to leadership on website conversion, landing pages, funnel performance, etc.
