Job summary

WOW! is seeking an analytical Ecommerce Analytics & Optimization Manager to lead performance analytics, conversion optimization, and customer behavior insights across digital sales channels.

You will own measurement, reporting, and optimization of the end-to-end ecommerce funnel, driving revenue growth and improved customer experiences. You will partner with Digital Media, Product, UX, and IT teams to align measurement strategies, build executive dashboards, and run structured experimentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics or digital analytics.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms and CRO tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly eCommerce performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue across the funnel.
  • Analyze customer journeys to uncover friction and optimize the checkout path.
  • Develop executive dashboards and self-service reporting for stakeholders.
  • Lead experimentation programs (A/B and multivariate testing).
  • Ensure data quality and standardized measurement across channels.

The Opportunity Are you passionate about using data to drive digital growth and improve customer experiences? We're looking for an analytical, results-driven eCommerce Analytics & Optimization Manager to lead performance analytics, conversion optimization, and customer behavior insights across our digital sales channels. In this role, you'll own the measurement and optimization of the end-to-end eCommerce funnel, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience. You'll partner closely with Digital Media, Creative, Product, UX, Call Center, Technology, and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) teams to align measurement strategies, optimize digital experiences, and ensure a consistent view of customer acquisition and performance across channels. What You'll Do

Drive eCommerce Performance Analytics Own the measurement and reporting of digital sales performance while providing actionable insights that improve business results.

Responsibilities include: Owning weekly, monthly, and quarterly eCommerce performance reporting, tracking key KPIs against budgets, forecasts, and annual business objectives Monitoring and analyzing performance across the end-to-end digital sales funnel to identify opportunities to improve: Conversion Funnel progression Abandonment rates Revenue performance Providing proactive insights and strategic recommendations to optimize channel performance and maximize digital sales Monitoring trends, forecasting performance, and identifying business risks and growth opportunities Serving as the primary owner of eCommerce funnel measurement and performance analysis

Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization Leverage quantitative and qualitative analytics to improve every stage of the customer journey. Responsibilities include: Analyzing customer behavior throughout key stages of the digital sales funnel to identify friction points and conversion opportunities Conducting quantitative analysis using digital analytics platforms to evaluate: Website traffic Customer engagement Funnel progression Purchase behavior Performing qualitative analysis using: Session replay tools Heatmaps Customer feedback Behavioral analytics Partnering with Product, User Experience (UX), Marketing, and Digital teams to prioritize optimization initiatives based on business impact and implementation effort

Reporting, Dashboards & Business Intelligence Deliver meaningful reporting that enables informed business decisions. Responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and maintaining executive dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions Providing stakeholders with clear visibility into: Channel performance Customer behavior Business health Automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accelerate decision-making Establishing standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies to ensure consistent measurement across the organization Presenting concise, actionable insights through business reviews and executive reporting

Experimentation & A/B Testing Support continuous optimization through structured experimentation. Responsibilities include: Supporting the eCommerce optimization roadmap through the execution and measurement of A/B and multivariate testing Configuring, launching, monitoring, and analyzing experiments using Optimizely and other experimentation platforms Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop: Test hypotheses Success metrics Measurement strategies Measuring business impact and communicating test results along with recommendations for future optimization

Digital Measurement & Data Quality Ensure accurate, reliable measurement across all digital experiences. Responsibilities include: Defining and managing data layer requirements to support comprehensive digital analytics Partnering with Digital Product, IT, and Analytics teams to establish: Tracking standards Tagging strategies Validating implementation of analytics tagging and data collection across websites, digital funnels, and customer experiences Ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and measurement consistency across platforms

Cross-Functional Leadership Partner across the organization to drive digital growth and improve customer experiences. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with Marketing, Product, UX, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams to align analytics and optimization priorities Serving as the organization's subject matter expert for: Digital analytics Customer behavior Conversion rate optimization Providing strategic recommendations that influence: Product enhancements Customer experience improvements Digital growth initiatives Performing additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in: Analytics Marketing Business Economics Statistics Computer Science Related field 3+ years of experience in: eCommerce Analytics Digital Analytics Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Related analytical disciplines Deep experience using web analytics platforms such as: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Adobe Analytics Contentsquare Quantum Metric Similar analytics solutions Experience analyzing customer journeys using: Session replay tools Heatmaps Behavioral analytics platforms
