Job summary

Texas A&M University–Kingsville is seeking a Research Assistant to support experimental design, data collection, and analysis for wildlife research projects in Alpine, TX. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in ecological or agricultural research preferred.
• Experience supervising students or staff preferred.
• Experience writing grant proposals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing field and laboratory studies and coordinate related activities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze research data; prepare results for reports.
• Assist with grant proposals, budgeting, and project documentation.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate students in research tasks.
• Support outreach activities and coordination of greenhouse operations.
