• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Sets goals and priorities for educational activities within the Ecological Garden and Flower Project.
• Manages the Ecological Garden site, including infrastructure and diverse crop collections.
• Develops and coordinates garden-based learning opportunities and field-based experiential learning.
• Contributes to grant writing, budget management, staffing, and facilities planning.
• Supervises and mentors student employees and interns; leads trainings.
