Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in eCOA and clinical trials.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Demonstrates leadership, policy understanding, budgeting, time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and eCOA concepts; CRO/pharma experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight from maintenance to eCOA decommissioning, ensuring deliverables and timelines meet Worldwide SOPs.
• Review study trends and collaborate with eCOA vendor and study team on requirements.
• Communicate project activities to stakeholders and sponsor study teams.
• Serve as escalation point for eCOA study-related issues.
• Coordinate and deliver study communications, including status reports, agendas and minutes.
• Review and approve URS for post go-live changes in scope.
• Prepare and review site and support materials and helpdesk docs.
• Perform financial review and budget management, including Change Orders.
