Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an ECMO Specialist to oversee daily ECMO program operation, monitor circuits, and ensure patient stability across neonatal to geriatric populations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting ECMO equipment, managing blood products and meds, and coordinating with bedside staff for safe perfusion and hemodynamics. Florida license and ICU experience required.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RT or RN with ICU experience.
• 2+ years ICU experience required.
• ECMO experience preferred; Primer training beneficial.
• BLS, PALS within 6 weeks; ACLS within 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ECMO equipment and circuits.
• Manage blood products and medications for patients.
• Perform quality control and preventive maintenance on devices.
• Manage CRRT when connected to ECMO.
• Participate in physical/occupational therapy and care planning.
• Respond to emergencies and assist staffing as needed.
