Qualifications
Bachelor degree from a CoARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy with related critical care experience or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN) license or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required.
Experience with ECMO procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities
Monitor ECMO circuit and patient status continuously.
Consult with ECMO manager and physician during care.
Infuse blood products and medications as per ECMO protocol.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients.
