Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot ECMO circuit and equipment per policy.
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians and care team to coordinate treatment.
  • Plan and deliver safe, appropriate care addressing perfusion and stability.
  • Document care, monitor outcomes and participate in quality improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
