The ECMO Program Manager is a Physician Assistant responsible for supporting the operational, quality, educational, and strategic goals of the Adult ECMO Program. Reporting directly to the Medical and Surgical Directors of the Adult ECMO Program, this individual will assist program leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary care, advancing quality initiatives, supporting educational efforts, and overseeing activities necessary to achieve and maintain the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) Platinum Center of Excellence designation.
The ECMO Program Manager serves as a liaison across multidisciplinary teams and supports program growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
