Scripps Health in San Diego seeks a CCT / ECMO Specialist / CVICU RN to join the Model Care Team at Scripps Memorial La Jolla. This hybrid role supports high-acuity cardiac care, ECMO, and critical transport operations across the county.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of ICU experience with ECMO/cardiac assist devices and ventilation techniques, works night shifts, and collaborates across disciplines to ensure patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience with ECMO/cardiac assist devices.
• Experience with critical care transport preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care within CVICU and ECMO settings.
• Perform therapeutic and emergency interventions and assist with critical transports.
• Collaborate with physicians, perfusionists, and transport team to ensure patient-centered care.
