Job summary

Dotsolved Systems is seeking an experienced ECM Administrator to support and optimize IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager deployments. You will troubleshoot WAS configurations, integrate with DB2/Oracle/MS SQL, and ensure smooth document workflows across Windows and Linux environments.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with FileNet P8 tools, and a track record of enterprise-scale migrations or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager.
• Proficiency with IBM WAS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server) in ECM context.
• Experience in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• Primary Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager, KwikWork.
• Middleware/Platform: Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server) in the context of ECM schema and query execution.
• OS & Environment: Experience working in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Tools & Utilities: Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools (Content Platform Engine, Workplace XT, or Navigator) is a strong plus.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex document management and workflow issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or Content Navigator (ICN).
• Prior experience handling enterprise-level migrations or platform upgrades.
• Strong L2/L3 application and production support experience
