Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial models and market data to support equity issuances and other capital-raising activities.
• Develop pitch materials, offering memoranda and client presentations.
• Conduct industry and company research, providing insights into market trends in biotech and renewable energy sectors.
• Support the execution of equity capital market transactions, coordinating with sales, trading, legal, and compliance teams.
• Maintain relationships with institutional investors and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, ECM, or equity research, ideally with exposure to biotech and/or energy.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
