Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 in Raleigh, NC, to lead ECM/DocuSign‑adjacent initiatives and drive enterprise content transformation. You will shape API‑led architectures, develop blueprints, and guide client discussions across senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in ECM/Document Platforms, strong consulting skills, and experience delivering transformation roadmaps for large enterprises, preferably in BFSI. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management, Digital Document Platforms, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of API-led architecture and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DocuSign, CLM platforms (iCertis, Box or similar), and contract lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of AI/ML use cases applied to enterprise content and document data.
• Proven experience building transformation roadmaps/blueprints for large enterprise clients, ideally in BFSI.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior client leadership (Director/VP level and above).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex technical themes into business-relevant narratives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository
