JPMorganChase is seeking an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets to support the full cycle of transaction execution, including marketing materials, financial analyses, and client presentations. You will work within a large regional ECM team on real-time transactions with frequent travel and significant development opportunities.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, teamwork, and effective communication with senior professionals to drive capital-raising initiatives and build the firm's franchise

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets and the ECM execution function.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to build and audit analyses from scratch, work with large datasets, and produce well-structured output.

Responsabilidades

• Execute public capital raising transactions for issuer clients, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Assist senior bankers in preparation for client engagement, such as pitches and RFPs.
• Liaise with internal teams including industry coverage, sales and trading, syndicate, equity research and legal.
• Prepare thought pieces related to the equity capital markets and financials / real estate sector.
• Drive analysis for issuer clients, including precedent transactions and shareholder targeting.
• Draft presentation materials and internal committee memorandums in advance of launching transactions
