Aufgaben

• Provide general transaction support and contribute to diverse internal initiatives.
• Preparation, negotiation and finalization of origination and execution materials (teaser, pitch, materials) and execution materials (marketing presentations, prospectus, internal briefing materials, legal documentation, timetables, mandates, agreements).
• Financial and transaction structuring: advising corporates in the financial and legal structuring of ECM transactions.
• Research, sector and market coverage: screening of transactions in targeted sectors and market environment.
