Job summary

Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. seeks a full-time ECLS Coordinator to lead and coordinate the program with clinical and administrative oversight. Qualified candidates have a BS degree and advanced critical care experience, plus ECLS education.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and teamwork with physicians, nurses, perfusion, patients and families, with 24-hour departmental responsibility and ongoing program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 4 years of advanced critical care experience.
• Experience with mechanical support management and ECLS education.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to interact with physician and nursing staff, perfusion, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational, clinical, and administrative aspects of the ECLS program.
• Collaborate with the ECLS Medical Director, Director of Perfusion, and VP ECLS Services for ongoing development and sustainment of the program.
• Ensure ECLS Department meets quality standards within available resources and in alignment with ECLS steering committee.
• Maintain 24-hour responsibility for the ECLS Department.
