Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking an eClosings Team Member to perform essential clerical tasks supporting our closing operations. You will help schedule eClosings, verify orders, and ensure documents are correctly prepared and delivered to the appropriate parties.

In this role you will assist signers on the respective platforms, review loan documents for accuracy, and coordinate with Scheduling, Client Service Teams and Vendor Management to gather required information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail oriented, efficient, and organized.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with little supervision to accomplish daily tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.
• A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Make sure eClosings are scheduled properly.
• Review orders to make sure all contacts are entered.
• Monitor the system to make sure integrations are working properly.
• Responsible for reviewing loan documents prior to closing to confirm the borrower’s signature lines match the way they are listed in the system.
• Assist signers with the respective platform to confirm they can log on and sign loan documents.
• Confirm documents are signed correctly after closing.
• Reject corrections.
• Work with different eClosing platforms
• Work with other company departments (i.e. Scheduling, Client Service Teams and Vendor Management) to obtain information for the completion of necessary tasks
• Meet production expectations and quality standards as set by Company
• Participate in new hire functional training as needed
• Maintain proficiency in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned
