• JOB SUMMARY
• As an employee of Trinity Health System, it is the responsibility of this and all positions within the hospital to support the mission and role of Trinity Health System. The employee performs all duties in compliance with laws and regulations and observes accrediting agency standards. Performs M-Mode, two-dimensional, and Doppler echocardiography procedures, responsible for echocardiogram studies on inpatients and outpatients.
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Education
• Graduate of an accredited allied health program or equivalent education and experience.
• 12 months of echocardiography experience and at least 600 echocardiogram/Doppler examinations preferred.
• Must have ARDMS certification.
• Training and Experience
• Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in sonography or echocardiography preferred.
• Willingness to upgrade skills through educational programs.
• BLS provider certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Health and Background Requirements
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of physical, background check.
• Must be physically able to perform all job duties.
