Responsibilities

• Supervises technical team members and ancillary staff assigned to the department.
• Oversees team member orientation and provides/performs performance evaluations.
• Produces quality images following protocols and procedures.
• Provides clinical documentation per scope of practice.
• Maintains efficiency for patient scheduling, staffing and productivity.
• Promotes a safe work environment and safety quality initiatives.
• Maintains complex equipment and inventory to optimize patient care.
• Ensures compliance with all system, department, regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Reports variances.
