Job summary

Millennium Physician Group seeks a per diem Echo/Vascular Technologist to perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound across Englewood, Wellen Park, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda offices.

You will prepare patients, operate ultrasound equipment, obtain standard views, document study data, and collaborate with radiologists and physicians. Travel between sites is required to support patient care.

Qualifications

• RDCS with RVT preferred; incumbent will perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound.
• Eligible candidates should be able to interpret basic findings and communicate with physicians.
• Experience with cardiovascular imaging procedures is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiograms with measurements and calculations per protocol.
• Evaluates findings and notifies physicians of significant data.
• Prepares studies for review, logs, archives, and documents imaging.
• Troubleshoots equipment and conducts routine maintenance.
• Must travel to alternate office locations to meet department needs.
