Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's St. Luke's Health - Memorial Lufkin seeks an Echo Tech/Sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiography studies, capture high-quality cardiac images, and assist in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions.

You will operate ultrasound equipment daily, ensure patient comfort, and apply your knowledge of cardiac anatomy with proficient technical skills to deliver accurate data for clinicians. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved EKG Training Program
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 14 days
• ARDMS registration: RDCS/RDCS/RDCSAE/RDCSFE/RDCSPE/RDMSFE/RDMS

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Echo Tech/Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.

Every day you will operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality cardiac images and data, ensuring patient comfort and performing a range of echocardiographic studies.

To be successful, you will possess a strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, proficient technical skills, and effective communication abilities to provide exceptional diagnostic services.

Pay Range

$34.69 - $51.59 /hour
