Health Wealth Safe is seeking an Echo Technologist to perform routine and advanced echocardiographic studies, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. The role supports physicians and sonographers, reviews data for accuracy, and documents procedures in systems like Epic, with participation in call rotations.

The candidate should have BLS (AHA) certification within 30 days and ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year, with experience or education in sonography and a patient-centered

Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) within 30 days; ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year.
• Experience or education in sonography, healthcare background preferred.
• Proficient in performing various Echo tests including stress, pediatric, and transesophageal echocardiograms.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex echocardiographic imaging following departmental standards.
• Ensure imaging quality through proper positioning and technical adjustments.
• Review and document patient data accurately.
• Complete procedures efficiently and accurately record in relevant systems.
• Administer contrast agents when indicated and safe to do so.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in call rotations.

Position Overview

The Echo Technologist is responsible for performing a full range of cardiac diagnostic echocardiography procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. They assist physicians and sonographers, review patient data for accuracy, document procedures accurately, and administer contrast when appropriate. The role includes cross-training across CV services, completing documentation in systems like Epic and Xcelera, and participating in a rotation of call duties.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) within 30 days; ARDMS or CCI registration within 1 year
• Experience or education in sonography, healthcare background preferred
• Proficient in performing various Echo tests including stress, pediatric, and transesophageal echocardiograms
