Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification required in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform diagnostic echocardiography exams with physician oversight.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure safety and comfort during exams.
• Document results and maintain equipment and work area.
• Mentor students and caregivers on equipment use and techniques.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and educational opportunities.
