Job summary

HonorHealth in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Echo Tech II for Heart Care-East Mesa to perform high-quality cardiac and vascular ultrasounds in a hospital-based lab. The role requires ARDMS/CCI certification and an associated cardiovascular ultrasound degree, with BLS on file.

The Echo Tech II will uphold accreditation standards, assist with QA activities, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate reporting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires ARDMS or CCI certification credentials in cardiac and/or vascular ultrasound.
• Associates degree from an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound program is required.
• BLS certification is required by guidelines; ongoing education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality cardiac and/or vascular ultrasound procedures.
• Maintain department accreditation by following protocols and participating in QA activities.
• Document results in electronic reporting systems and ensure accuracy of patient data and billing.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate with team members to support patient care.
