Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Echo Sonographer / Echocardiographer in Great Falls, MT. This is a 13-week contract onsite with potential for extension, offering competitive pay and hands-on experience in a busy cardiology department.

The role requires active RDCS or RCS certification, MT state license, BLS, and at least 1 year of echo experience. It includes a Sunday–Thursday schedule with call rotation and holiday coverage. Local candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Echo Sonographer.
• Current RDCS or RCS certification required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Active Montana state license required (must be currently active)
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Must be available for call rotation – minimum 10 days per month, including holiday rotation
• Holiday coverage required
• Locals are accepted – no radius restriction

Responsibilities

• Performs adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, dobutamine stress echocardiograms, and assists in transesophageal echocardiography in accordance with established practices and procedures.
• Provides preliminary diagnostic evaluation and notifies cardiologists of results of examinations.
• Consults with cardiologist to establish requirements for non-standard examinations and determines technical factors to satisfy requirements.
